So what is Depression?
Depression [ Major Depressive Disorder ] is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and act [ according to Google] .

  • Early Childhood Trauma
  • Brain Structure
  • Medical Conditions
  • Drug Use
  • Low self esteem
  • Personal History Of Mental Illness
  • Certain Medications
  • Stressful Events

Result of Depression ;

The main result of depression is;

  1. Cutting yourself
  2. Suicide
  3. Physically and mentally harming yourself
  4. Using Drugs
etc.......

I have a friend that used to cut herself , her reason for cutting herself was stress of school...

I to this day remember the quote;

         Your skin is not a paper to cut. 

When you have depression , you start to think negatively, you become scared to face the world, you bottle up everything inside yourself, you start to hate yourself, you become emotionally numb....

Depression is such a topic these days , because we have lost so many beautiful souls...

So when we tell elder people about how mentally exhausted we are, or how much we are stressed..

All they say is ; What do you have to be stressed out on?

Young people do not get stressed.

Stop overreacting..

You do not have to be stressed on small things ....

And  I am not gonna lie I get sooooo angry at those people...

Because of people like this , we lose Angels ....

  2. Physical pain
  3. Panic attacks
  4. Relationship problems
  5. Social Isolation
  6. Thoughts of suicide
  7. Self Harms

How to take care of yourself ;

There are multiple ways;
I am going to tell you , how did my friend dealt with it;
Start to exercise.
Start to say no .
Get plenty of sleep .
Eat healthy.
Drink Water
Meditate
TBH, you should have a diary with yourself, if you find it hard to speak to someone , release your inner feelings [negativity]
through that diary[ that is how I manage my negative feelings,thoughts] . I draw a lot , art makes me feel happy, and talking to you guys......😌
You know what , let us start helping each other out , without any questions .... let us start to be each others friends , talk to each other , travel , love yourself , enjoy your food and stop caring what others think about you . I know it is a bit hard but you can do it , I believe in you...
